Holistic Life Coaching
Every area of our life affects every other area of our life. If we are physically out of shape and have not taken care of ourselves there is a direct impact on our mental health. If we do not care for our mental health then our physical health is also impacted. If our mental health is not where it needs to be our most important relationships in our lives also begin to suffer as a result. We're not as enjoyable to be around, we are much less communicative, we begin to isolate more, all resulting in a diminished quality of life.

The Process
Holistic life coaching is the process by which we identify what areas of your life need the most attention and support. We locate what the obstacles are, Where they came from, how they got there, and how we can either remove them or find ways to work with them to improve the quality of your overall life. Through the process of slowing down we get to see more. The faster we move the more difficult it is to pivot in our life. 1st we need to slow down, then we need to see all the aspects of our lives and our needs that have not been given the proper attention. Then and only then do we have the wherewithal to make new decisions and begin to move slowly in the right directions.
